I had a lot of random jobs after college, but before I landed my full time gig, lots of fun and lots of crazy jobs-the Gateway Arch Riverboats, Madison County Transit (the bus people!), The City of Florissant, the Latchkey before and after school program, teaching k-2 graders Spanish, Radio Disney (one of my fav jobs ever!) and Beauty Brands Salon and Spa. Beauty Brands was my first job right out of school, I had a degree in communications, but graduated in the midst of a bad economy and couldn’t find any jobs relating to my degree. So I found a job selling shampoo and conditioner. Not the most glamorous job, but I sure did learn a lot about hair care (if you need I advice, I’d love to give you some!) I also met some fun people while working there, one being Missy Brown. Missy messaged me a few months ago telling me about her new adventures of running her own salon and asked if I could help with some logo design. I was delighted to help and here is what I came up with.
