This past August I was asked to be a 2nd shooter for my Roommate’s brother’s wedding. I had always thought that I wouldn’t want to do wedding photography-there’s too much pressure involved in it. What if something happened and my pictures didn’t turn out? Or what if I messed up? The photographers are supposed to help capture their memories of the day-I wouldn’t want to mess up something as special as that. So being given a shot to be a 2nd shooter for a wedding was a great opportunity for me to see what it REALLY was like to be a wedding photog for a day- and I LOVED it! I went into it slightly nervous, but left that day knowing that I loved shooting that wedding and I’m so excited to start shooting more! I had so much fun getting to know Kenyon and Lindsy and spending their special day with them, their family and friends. SO 4 months after the fact…here are some of the pictures I shot that day!
